Planting

Planted a Scarlet's Peak Yaupon, Variegated Japanese Iris and Empress of China Dogwood in front, transplanting the Hollywood Juniper to the back property line. Planted a Gold Flame Spirea in the One of Everything garden.

Planted White Sensation and Pink Sensation Salvia by the blue bird post and the golf course along with the Purple and White Salvias. Planted the Obsession Nandina in the One of Everything bed.

Planting and transplanting

Moved the Pink Snow Camellia to the pool fence, planted the Ilex dimorphophylla x Ilex cornuta by the A/C moved the Chinese Privet from the A/C to the property line near the conservatory and planted the new daylilies from Shaws.

Planting and transplanting

Moved the Dicliptera inside the pool fence to prevent the deer from eating it and planted a Variegated Boxwood in its place. Moved the path to avoid the Peve Minaret and planted Dwarf Garters on the opposite side from where the Variegated Boxwood had been. Planted a Phantom Hydrangea where the Dwarf Gaters had been, on the second tier. Moved Ragin Cajun from the perennial bed to the retaining wall beds inside the pool fence. Moved the Zenobia to the pool fence and replaced it with a Sunny Burford. Moved a Hibiscus militaris from the corner of the pool fence to the retaining wall beds and replaced it with Conoy Viburnum which was being eaten by the deer.

Planting and transplanting

I planted the Carolina Ruby Yaupon in the front, the Moonshine Yarrow behind the garage, and moved the Azalea from the perennial garden pot where it was being eaten by deer. I put it in the bed below Steve's window, moving the Curly Ligustrum to the corner of the pool fence and potting up the Dwarf Burford Holly that was there. I moved the Cleyera to the left property line by the Bald Cypress and plant the Ligustrum Excelsum Superbum in its place in the front. I planted the Grace Philips Hendricks boxwood in the perennial garden pot.

I put drainage gravel around the daylilies in the flume and then pinestrawed the whole area.

Planted the Lisa Camellia by the Dwarf Waxmyrtle, Shenandoah Panicum by the Prairie Sentinel, Moudry Pennisetum by the croquet lawn, Little Zebra Miscanthus on the front right property line, Jacob Cline Beebalm and Banana Cream Shasta Daisy behind the garage, Razzle Dazzle Shasta Daisy and White Swan Echinacea in the perennial bed and more daylilies in the Daylily Fountain Garden - 1 Ice Carnival, 1 Joan Senior, 5 Happy Returns.

I planted 6 Pandora's Box, 1 Happy Returns and 1 Ice Carnival Daylilies in the Daylily Fountain Bed and moved some of the others around to get a good mix of colors and bloom times.

Planting

Planted Savannah River Silverbell by the conservatory, Styrax japonicus behind the garage, and Gold Rider Leyland Cypress, Chocolate Joe Pyeweed and Little Joe Pyeweed in the berm. Moved Philip Watson to the golf course end of the berm and moved Sango Kaku Maple to the side of the garage. Planted Jim Porter Osmanthus by the pool fence. Moved the Eucomis Sparkling Burgundy inside the pool fence because the deer were eating it.
